Synopsis

Jude is American, Mina is Italian. They meet by chance in New York. An exciting romance ensues - they marry and she becomes pregnant. A new life for them. But a motherly instinct tells Mina that she is having a special child. Respecting nature, she obsessively protects him from the contagions of the outside world and struggles to keep his purity. Jude, for love of Mina, goes along with her, until he faces a terrible truth: his son is not growing and his life is in danger. He must act fast.
