Introduction

The Teacher’s Diary is inspired by a true story of how two total strangers overcome the most impossible of odds and find love within the pages of a lost diary.

Synopsis

In 2012, Song gets a new job as a teacher at a school located on a floating community in middle of a dam surrounded by mountains, with no electricity and running water. He is the only teacher and must learn to cope with loneliness. The only relief is the diary of Ann, a former teacher who moved away but left her personal memoirs behind. The more Song reads about Ann the more he is drawn to her. A year later, fate brings Ann back to the school, but Song has gone somewhere else. Ann finds her diary with the hand-written entries from Song in it. Ann now misses someone who she has never even met before.
