Introduction
Yuji, a map examiner, is visited at his apartment by a stranger named Ryoko. She says she once lived there with a man called Goto, who she has come to see. Later, Yuji's friend Nishida, a junk dealer, agitatedly claims to have encountered a ghost at the apartment. By chance, Yuji meets Ryoko again, and she informs him that Goto is no longer of this world... This is a film that attempts to create a state in which the border between life and death is rendered indefinite by narrative diversions and chaos, ultimately arriving at an uncertain destination.
