Matters that require attention.
– Distribution will end as soon as tickets ran out.
– 1 tickets handed out to 1 person.
– Lost tickets will not be reissued.
– Media coverage are being held at the venue. Please be advised that all visitors may be photographed and/or videotaped.
– The use of umbrella and parasol inside the venue is prohibited to due to hazard prevention. Please use raincoat in rainy weather.
– Managing of valuables in venue is your own responsibility.
– Please note that there may be a change in event or discontinuing due to weather, natural disasters and the venue and circumstance of the organizer.
– In case of event discontinuation, compensation will not be made for transportation or accommodation expenses.
– Transportation and accommodation expenses for the day will be your own responsibility.
– We recommend the use of public transportation as we expect full parking in Roppongi Hills.
– It is prohibited to make a cue at the venue in midnight of the day before or early morning. Please follow the instructions of the security guards and staff at the venue. We reserve the rights to refuse the admission if you cannot follow the instructions.
